Bonus! Chronic UTI Cure!

Hey ladies!
As you know, every doctor will tell you to take an antibiotic every single time you get a UTI. You have to take them and finish the whole bottle, right? Even if you get chronic infections, and have taken antibiotics many times a year for many years, and you’ve not only developed a dangerous resistance to most of them, but you’ve also developed IBS, candida overgrowth, chronic vaginal yeast infections, Bacterial vaginosis and a whole host of other flora-related issues (like me), right? It’s something you simply have to do… or do you? Apparently not!

I’ve recently begun seeing a naturopath who’s given me the most effective natural cure for UTIs caused by E. coli - the most common cause. I’ve not only cured a UTI without antibiotics, I’ve been preventing them for the last 6 months! I’ve never gone without an infection for more than 3-4 weeks in the last 20 years, so this is pretty gigantic. Here are your weapons!

To clear a UTI, you will need:

• 1 single antibiotic pill - if you have one and are not resistant. If you don’t have one, or you’re resistant, try the supplements anyway. They may work on their own without the antibiotic.
• HMF Replete
• Vitamin A  25,000 UI
• D-Mannose 500mg - this is the most important supplement for preventing and stopping UTIs.
• Cranstat Extra

1. Take 1 single antibiotic pill. This will stop the immediate symptoms, and weaken the bacteria. Again, if you don't have one, do steps 3-6 anyway.
2. Pour half a sachet of the HMF Replete in water and drink it. Make sure to keep it in the fridge. This is a mega-probiotic that will replenish your digestive flora after the antibiotic pill.
3. Take 1 Vitamin A pill once a day for 5 days. This will boost your immune system and help your body repel bacteria more effectively.
4. Take 2 D-Mannose pills (1000MG) every 3 hours that you’re awake for 5 days. I know that sounds like a lot. It is, and it’s supposed to be. Take it like your life depends on it.
5. Take 2 Cranstat Extra pills 3 times a day with meals for 5 days.
6. Remember to drink lots of filtered water!

Make sure to avoid sugary, caffeinated and alcoholic drinks while you’re treating your UTI. Also avoid citrus fruits and tomatoes, spicy foods and other sweeteners like honey, as all of these are irritants to the urinary tract.

To prevent a UTI, you will need:

• D- Mannose 500mg
• Vitamin A  25,000 UI

1. Take 1 vitamin A pill every day.
2. Take 2 D-Mannose pills (1000mg) in the morning and in the evening. If you’ve just cleared a UTI, take 1000mg of D-Mannose 3 times a day until you've not had a reoccurring infection for at least a month.
3. After sex, always take 2 D-Mannose pills, and always remember to pee.
4. Remember to drink lots of filtered water!

Good luck, ladies!
